Irene Oerlemans

I am a business oriented People professional with 25 years of work experience. Since 2018, I am building, with 6 HR pro's, our HR agency: Bunchmark.

Now (since early 2022) I am combining my Bunchmark work with supporting NVP (The Dutch Network for HR-Professionals) as their chair for the board. With a team of 7 co-board members.

Worked for Ahold in my early career, in various HR roles. Started my own company in 2007 and used my background in short term assignments and project roles. In 2011, joined FrieslandCampina, worked in two different HR executive roles and left this global dairy company early 2018 to start Bunchmark.
